To anyone on my blog, please take a moment to read this brilliant article on cultural marxism:
One of the many things we can take from this article is that cultural Marxism is really just an amalgam of ideas that can change and be removed. In that respect, it can be beaten, and we needn't be too pessimistic. However, I wish to use the rest of this post to stress that if cultural marxism is not eradicated soon enough, it will result in the destruction of western nations, which is permanent. Once a nation is gone, in the demographic sense, it cannot be recovered because a nation is a temporally defined instantiation of a common history, shared between its members.
This common history will be lost when most of the members of European “nations” have histories deriving not only from other nations but from other continents. What interest would a Somali have in the Swedish nation which pivots on the conquests of Gustavus Adolphus? That history that defines modern Sweden does not look like the Somali, the Somali see’s no aspects of his own sense of self deriving from such a history, because his history and that of those “Swedes” like him is the history of a region in Africa.
There was a Swedish nation before Pakistanis, Somalis, etc. arrived, and it is the common history of that nation, shared by its inhabitants, that makes Sweden what it is now. That is lost when one day the majority of “Swedes” do not see Gustavus Adolphus as part of their history, or English do not see Shakespeare as part of their history, or Germans do not see Otto von Bismarck as part of their history. Why would they, since, in a future in which Europeans are outnumbered on their continent, these figures are NOT part of the history of those who make up these nations.
Unfortunately, no amount of well intentioned cultural integration will remove the history shared by a demographic group. As they are learning in the UK, even if you convince one generation of Pakistanis that they are British, the next may decide to be Pakistani Muslim first, or the next, or the next. It will be a constant battle, every generation, until one day when a particular generation of Pakistanis, Bangladeshis and Somalis outnumbers the ethnic English in England, it will stop, because what is “English” now is whatever this generation of immigrant children decide that THEY want to be, and the native English will have to go along with whatever this new “England” looks like, until their lack of children sees them extinguished entirely.
As we have learned from the “too pale too male” revision of Western history that is taking place in rich and diverse universities across the Western world, whatever the new “England”, “Germany”, or “France” that the children of Pakistani and Somali immigrants produce looks like, it will have little to no space for the likes of Shakespeare, Bismarck, or Voltaire. Not only would the history involving such people be far too “pale and male”, why would the denizens of geographic Germany or England in the future feel any compulsion to consider their histories to be the histories of a people who once lived there, but were bred out long ago?
It is precisely because of this problem that mass immigration may be the most brilliant, destructive, and permanent aspect of cultural Marxism. Ideas can come and go. They can be revived and forgotten, but altering the demography, the actual people of a nation (including their ancestry and progeny) is permanent. It cannot be undone, at least not without huge logistical hurdles at best and extreme violence at worst, which all sane people would want to avoid at all costs. If anything does happen in a future effort to restore the demography, which is to say, the nationhood of European nations, and regain the peoples of Western civilization, the blood deriving from the terrors of this process will be on the hands of the cultural Marxists who created the conditions that made it happen, which they did for no reason other than their hideous lust for wanton civilizational destruction. And maybe it would be partially on the hands of those of us who saw this insanity for what it was, but could not, or did not, act fast enough to prevent it.
